Mira Marovic

Dipl. Ing. Arch

Mira graduated from University of Belgrade and joined Chibnall Swann Team Architecture in 1997. In 2010 Mira moved into the new direction that became Chibnall Buckell Marovic Team Architects. She has been involved in many successful and award winning projects throughout New Zealand.

With many years of local and international practice, Mira gained experience in nearly every architectural field, including commercial, residential and interior design.

Her main focus has always been the understanding of clients' needs and requirements as from conceptual phases to translate those into appropriate architectural forms.

With her living and working experience of New Zealand, she has developed a strong belief that New Zealand architecture should focus on local conditions, experience and tradition. She has compiled an extensive research on New Zealand vernacular architecture.
