Located on the city fringe of the CBD adjacent to a picturesque urban park, The Park Apartments are an example of high density housing with an uncommon intimate connection with established mature park grounds.

The imposing visual mass of the 6 multi-levelled apartments is broken down with the abundant use of east to west glazing along the second and third storey levels allowing maximum morning and evening sun to penetrate the internal spaces. This is emphasised with the additional expansive west side terraces to each apartment.

Aesthetically the apartments are a contemporary example of mono toned white on white playing only subtly with the differences in scale of the lower stack-bonded concrete block and upper modular expressed panels. The vast amount of white on white is then contrasted with the limited use of chocolate weatherboard to the west side ground floor cladding and high level fencing.
